The Longest New Driver on the Market Titleist’s 907D2

I love the sleek new lines and black finish it just begs you to rip the cover off the ball. It’s got to be the most forgiving driver I’ve ever hit. Off center hits still sail straight down the fairway. I spent the better part of an hour on the launch monitor, trying different shafts and the one that worked best for me was the Aldila VS Proto 80. The consistency and feel was perfect for me. I know it was on a launch monitor, but I was averaging 294 yards with this Titleist Golf Club. That’s about 7 yards more than my R7 Quad.

Golf’s governing bodies, the United States Golf Association and the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews

Golf’s governing bodies, the United States Golf Association and the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, have announced new interpretations of some Rules of Golf, including a decision to allow distance-measuring devices by Local Rule. In the new decision, golf’s governing bodies allow a committee to permit the use of distance-measuring devices by Local Rule. So if such a Local Rule is not in effect, the devices would still be illegal for tournament play.

Practical Golf Course Accessories

It speeds up your play, it helps you find out how far you hit each club, and it will give you the yardage you have left to the hole.

A trip hunting black bear

My very adventurous friends recently informed me that they went to hunt black bear in Alaska. Since I’ve always known them to be outdoorsy type people, I wasn’t surprised to hear of their venture into Alaska. Their self guided hunting trip sounds like one of the best trips they’ve ever done. I’ve never been hunting myself.
